Jia Guan and Jin Lu
A civil officer can be seen holding a ministers hat (Guan in Chinese) with a stork (also Guan in Chinese) standing beside him. Guan in Chinese implies promotion and increment at work, and getting a raise consistently. Another civil officer is depicted as holding a wine glass (Jue in Chinese) in hand while a deer (Lu in Chinese) is standing by his side. Lu also means wealth and salary in Chinese while Jue symbolises official position and title of honour. Together Jia Guan and Jin Lu symbolise promotion and wealth.
